We are a traditional Martial Arts Gym that specializes in Muay Thai referred to as Thai boxing also known as the "Art of 8 Limbs", Characterized by the combined use of two fist, two elbows, two knees and two shins to kick with.

Our Mission is much bigger than just being a "Muay Thai Gym" or "Fight Gym". We are a Family oriented fitness facility that cares about our members and community in and out of the gym.

At Rooted Legacy our goals are to share our experience and expertise of traditional Muay Thai to the local community. Providing a safe and fun environment for all ages.
